This post is part of a sponsored relationship with Dorothy Lane Market. The Dayton Moms Blog team loves shopping at DLM and is excited to bring you this resource.

It’s a brand new year full of great opportunities, but sometimes life seems to be busier than ever! The schedules are packed and the last thing you want to worry about is grocery shopping. And, let’s be honest, who really wants to bundle up the kids and haul them into a store when the weather is cold and snowy? DLM Drive-Up takes the stress out of lunch packing and the struggle out of shopping with kids. Dorothy Lane Market’s personal shoppers truly make your satisfaction a priority.

Ordering online is an huge time saver.

Their website lets you know what’s on sale and the prices are the same that you would find in the store. You can even earn points on your club card and use them through the site – just make sure to create a free account when checking out. Prefer perfectly ripe avocados to use right away? They will make sure to pick out exactly what you need. I can stay right on budget by watching my total as I add items to the cart. You can even save lists so grabbing your usuals is a cinch. I ordered my groceries from bed so I could pick up while I was out running errands later with the kids. With three little ones in tow, the less we have to get out of the car the better!

It’s like having your very own personal shopper!

Dorothy Lane Market’s website is very easy to navigate so you can find exactly what you need. I always make sure to add some of their ready made meals to my cart because I never feel like cooking once I get home from the grocery! When the kids are under the weather, I also like to get a rotisserie chicken to add to homemade chicken noodle soup.

Keep in mind: DLM Drive-Up won’t automatically replace an item if they are out. They will personally call you to offer different options for replacement or ask when you arrive so you can get the right thing. (Yay for not getting a substitution that you didn’t want and won’t use!)

Pick up couldn’t be easier.

  • Pull your car up to the curb near the DLM Drive-Up sign.
  • Call the number and they will bring your groceries straight out to your car.
  • No need to get out. You can leave the kids trapped (I mean, strapped safely) in their carseats!

They even offered an ice pack for the ice cream I bought because I had a longer drive home. Your groceries can be ready for pick-up within two hours. The shopping fee for this service is $7.99 per order with no minimum amount. They’ll also take phone orders for a slightly higher fee of $15.99. How convenient is that!?

Delivery is available Monday through Friday from 11am-5pm to Oakwood, Kettering, Centerville, and Springboro for $12.99. If you’re outside that area or need it on a weekend, they can accommodate you as well.

DLM Drive-up is going to be a life saver for this crazy season! They will have you shopping like a #MomBoss.

Katie
Hi! I’m Katie, boy mama to 3, wife of a picky eater, photographer, business owner, and food lover. My husband and I both grew up in the Dayton area but moved away for college. We quickly found ourselves back in Dayton after having our first baby. I never really thought I’d end up back in Dayton but we soon realized how much we wanted to be close to our families after starting our own! I love exploring local restaurants and shops all around Dayton and you’ll probably see me snapping photos to share on Instagram @eatprettydarling!
