Indoor play spaces can be the answer to a mama’s prayers when those days are endlessly rainy, cold, or excessively hot!
However, indoor play isn’t just for when the weather isn’t cooperating…
sometimes it’s just a perfectly fun way to spend an afternoon.
This list is full of our locally sourced favorite indoor play destinations!
Make sure to check with the local businesses directly for open hours before planning your next trip!
Timber & Bow Play Studio is an informal indoor play space that provides many developmentally appropriate activities geared towards infants, toddlers, and preschoolers age 6 years and younger. With a gentle nod to the “Sherwood Forest” of Robin Hood, their space offers a modern take on nature-themed play. From the large wooden playset to the quaint playhouse and garden shed and all the gross-motor, fine motor, and imaginative play in between, there is something for everyone! Parents are welcome to pack food or drinks and are invited to take advantage of the brightly lit seating area to relax or even get some work done while watching their little ones play! Timber & Bow also provides good, clean fun for birthday parties, parents’ groups, fundraisers, school/daycare field trips, and more! The entire space can be rented on evenings and weekends for private events, and a party host will help facilitate your entire event from set-up to tear-down!

Another great one is Jump and Jacks in West Chester. They have a huge indoor playground and bounce houses on certain nights… our 4 year old could spend hours there!
Englewood Fun Center is nice and Scene 75
Chaos Room is no longer in business, I think they closed a year or two ago.
Also check out Get Air Trampoline Park in Huber Heights and in Miamisburg and in West Chester. They have Toddler Time for 46″ and under on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday mornings. Open jump every day.
